Sound. Breath. Spirit!  Is a beautiful full day, transformative experience hosted at a bright beach side venue in  beautiful Seaforth, NS (40 min. from downtown Halifax). With the ocean as a supportive partner, we'll be welcoming in powerful and clarifying Dragon energies to assist our emotional deep diving whilst using sound and the 'Dragon Breath' to dissolve what is ready to go, transmute what is ready to shift and fire up what's ready to sail!  There will be a short opening greeting and intention setting and then we move fully into each powerful component, intuitively and expertly guided and fully  supportive of each individuals' personal journey. Each component is approximately 90 minutes in length and the entire day will include meditation, visualization, intention setting, discussion, deep breath work, toning and a glorious gong bath that will bathe each participant in pure Cosmic frequencies, delivered to us by a symphony of Planet Gongs, singing bowls, etc.

* Tea and light snacks will be provided but you are responsible for bringing your own lunch and beverages. There is a microwave available

* Lunch will be approx. 1 hr

* Remember to bring along a yoga / camping mat, blanket(s), pillow, eye mask, journal, crystals, totems and anything else you would like charged by the event

* Due to limited space, unless it's required for health reasons, we do ask NO Gravity Chairs 

* Keep the air clear. Please no fragrances or incense

* The hall is on the beach and it's July so do dress accordingly!

Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised  for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina  or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment,  osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries, or surgery.

Breathwork  is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure  disorders or for persons using heavy medications. It is also unsuitable  for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms. Pregnant  women are advised against practicing breathwork without first consulting  and getting approval from their primary care physician. Persons with  asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care  physician prior to.
