"There was a quiet knowing within, like something ancient had already gone ahead and prepared the space. I knew I was stepping into something real. Something aligned. A place where what truly matters would be felt, not explained. And when I walked in, it only took a single glance to confirm it.

 

Comfort met me instantly. Not the kind you question, but the kind your body recognizes before. Your mind can catch up.

 

The introduction wasn’t just words, it was resonance. It was so clear, so embodied, that nothing needed to be added. It was already understood. And in that understanding, I felt safe.  Safe with these two women. Safe to be with the two women beside me. Safe to be seen without needing to perform.

 

We were invited to speak our truth, not the polished version, but the one living in the present moment. What we were carrying. What was alive within us. And somehow, without force, without hesitation, we opened. Layers fell away with an ease that surprised me. Raw. Honest. Unfiltered. Yet held so gently that vulnerability didn’t feel like exposure, it felt like release.

 

Then we were guided to lie down.

 

To surrender.

 

One of the women began to speak, her voice carrying something deeper than sound. It felt ancient, like it belonged to something far older than language. She called in the ancestors, invited a healing that moved beyond physical body… into the unseen spaces we don’t always know how to reach.

 

And then there was a voice of the dragon.

 

Not something to fear-but something to remember.

 

It stood with us as we lay there, reminding us- without words-that we are more than these bodies. That we are everything and nothing all at once. That this is a place beyond form where healing doesn’t need to be understood to be felt.

 

The sounds moved through like a current, pushing out what no longer belonged making space for something new. And beneath it all, the music…perfectly woven. Not separate, but in conversation with the voice. A synchronicity so precise it felt intentional in every breath, every note.

 

The room held a kind of power that can’t be manufactured. It was rooted. Steady. Wise.

 

There was security in it.

Solidarity in it.

Strength in it.

 

The kind of knowing that only reveals itself through experience-not explanation.

 

And then…

 

A voice, “not hers” she spoke, (sang) it reached places I didn’t know how to access on my own. It stirred something deep. Something waiting. A quiet ignition. Who’s ever it was, it was one of the most beautiful voices to fall upon us.

 

Sounding like years of sacred knowledge. Reawakening something so alive, yet buried. A reminder that nothing is lost.

 

There were, five women in a room, peeling back layers that had been carefully built over time. Grief surfaced. Sadness moved through. Anger flickered. But none of it felt separate. It was all part of the same un-ravelling. The same remembering.

 

And somehow, it felt right.

 

Held.

 

Necessary.

 

The care, the intention, the presence that poured into that space-it didn’t go unnoticed.

 

It created movement.

 

It gave me something small. Yet undeniable…

 

A gentle nudge.

 

A reminder to take this journey seriously yet with gentleness. To honour what I feel. To trust what I know.

 

And keep going.
