This is a 3 hour experience of deep transformation. The night is made up of 2 powerful sessions of Breath  and Sound. Each component is approximately 90 minutes and includes  meditation, visualization, intention setting, deep breathwork, toning and  a glorious gong bath that will bathe each participant in pure Cosmic  frequencies, offered up by the transformative Planetary Gongs and the  incomparable SOUNDbeings. We  will be sitting on the floor so please come prepared with yoga mat,  pillow, blanket, etc. Due to spacial limitations, we ask you to please  leave the gravity chairs behind.

BREATHWORK CONSENT In consideration of  being permitted to participate in any way in Breathwork, as well as any  related events or activities with Harry Isaac and Embody Breathwork, I hereby acknowledge, understand and expressly agree as to the following: Breathwork can  result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not  advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease, including  angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal  detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries, or  surgery. Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental  illness, seizure disorders, neurological conditions, persons using major  medications or anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.  It is also unsuitable for Pregnant women who are advised against  practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from  their primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their  inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork class facilitator. Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions which would  impair or affect ability to engage in activities involving intense  physical and/or emotional release, breathwork is not advised. I promise,  represent, and certify that I am in good health physically, mentally, psychologically, and emotionally,  and fully understand and acknowledge that if I were not in such good  health, I would not be permitted to partake in Breathwork with Harry  Isaac and Embody Breathwork. Note: You must be over 18 years of age to participate in a breathwork session.
